The service
Jodisius provides an AI assistant that answers and places phone calls for your business, records and summarizes calls, and sends related notifications. You are responsible for how you configure and use the assistant, including compliance with telemarketing, consent, recording, and do-not-call laws applicable to your business.
SMS Terms
By opting in at jodisius.com/sms-optin.html, through your account settings, or by verbal consent during a recorded call, you agree to receive SMS notifications from Jodisius: call alerts, AI-generated call summaries, appointment confirmations, and callback confirmations.
- Message frequency varies with your business's call activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one final confirmation message.
- Help: reply HELP or email support@jodisius.com.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number and consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing — see our Privacy Policy.
Accounts and billing
Plans, included minutes, and credits are as described at purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive, or harassing use; no calls or messages to persons who have not provided the consent your use case legally requires; no attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." AI-generated content can contain errors; review important information before acting on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jodisius's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before the claim.
