🏦 Borrower verification
Ronnie recognises a borrower by the phone number on their file in your loan system. If you set the last 4 digits of their Social Security number below (stored scrambled, never shown again), she asks for those. If not, she asks for their date of birth, checked against your loan system and never stored. A company calling from its number on file can be verified through the person who guarantees its loan. Verified borrowers hear their own next payment, last payment, draw status and maturity. Payoff and statement requests go to your servicing contact. Never payoff figures or wiring details.

📱 Staff access by phone
Lets one of your team call Ronnie from their own cell, say a staff PIN, and ask about any borrower. The PIN is asked on every call (a cell number alone can be faked), is stored scrambled and is never shown again. Every borrower asked about is recorded. Access ends by itself after 30 days. Set it again to renew. When you are signed in here, Ronnie (typed, spoken or video) can already answer about any borrower without a PIN.
